"Boom Boom" Geoffrion's 1957-1958 Stanley Cup

"Boom Boom" played for the Montreal Canadiens (1950-1964) and the New York Rangers (1966-1968). During his career with the Canadiens they won 6 Stanley Cups, 5 of which were in succession (1955-56 through 1959-60). He won the National Hockey League scoring title twice, was MVP once and was the National Hockey League's Rookie of the Year in 1952 (Calder Trophy). He was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1972.

(The 1960-1961 MVP Hart Trophy and 1960-1961 Art Ross Trophy of Geoffrion are also on display at The Stadium, as well as the Norris Trophy of Harry Howell, which he won in 1967 for being the NHL's top defenseman.)
